As I sit and try to disseminate exactly who Scott Volkswagen is as a company I think not only of who we are, but who we have been for over fifty years.  I could tell you about my father, William R. Scott who has been running the business for the last thirty years.  I could tell you about my grandfather, Charles H. Scott who founded Scott Volkswagen in 1956.  But somehow, I think that doing so would not answer the core question: Who is Scott Volkswagen?  My answer is one rooted in a deep admiration for my forefathers and sense of pride at what my family has created; yet I think it best to simply say Scott Volkswagen has been, and always will be, a very special place.

All you need do is ask our Service Department Manager, Dennis Kollett or Shop foreman, Rick Ball, both of whom have been a part of this business for over 25 years.  You can ask Manny or Tony or Billy who have been servicing VW's day in and day out of our service department for equally as long.  In fact, currently our service department has over 150 years collective Volkswagen experience.  These guys know everything about Volkswagens, and I mean everything.  They can also tell you that Scott Volkswagen is not your typical workplace. 

Why?  First and foremost, every team member at Scott Volkswagen shares the same core ethics: treat everyone fairly and honestly and do whatever we can to help.  Whether you are just stopping by to pick up some floor mats from our parts department, you have been in an accident and need a repair from our full-service collision center, or are wondering what that old VW of yours is worth and would like to speak to our sales department, you will find everyone here to be a genuinely good person, willing to do whatever it takes to earn and keep your faithful business.  Such is the core of who Scott Volkswagen was, is and will continue to be.       

Now, as I arrive back at my family's business, representing the third generation of the Scott family to keep a watchful eye over our dealership, I see a brilliant future full of exciting new ways to improve the Volkswagen experience.
